I. Introduction to the Crypto Box Feature
In the Pionex App, you can send USDT Crypto Boxes to friends through the Crypto Box entry on the "Account" page, and you can also claim Crypto Boxes that friends share with you. There are two types: Random Amount (set the Total Box Amount and Number of gifts; gift values are randomly distributed) and Fixed Amount (set the Number of gifts and the Each Gift Amount; each receiver gets a fixed value).
II. How to Claim a Crypto Box
Open the App, go to the "Account" page, and tap the "Crypto Box" icon;
Enter (or tap "Paste" to paste) the box code someone shared with you into the "Enter the box code" field, then tap "Claim Now";
Claimed funds are credited to your Primary Account balance. You can view your claim history by tapping the clock icon in the top-right corner of the Crypto Box page, under "Crypto Box Record."
If you received a Crypto Box link or QR code, just tap the link or use the scan icon next to the input field to claim it — no need to manually enter the box code.
III. How to Send a Crypto Box
Note: The Send Crypto Box function is not open to all users. It is currently limited to a selected group of users — primarily KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in specific regions — as part of official or community promotional activities. If you're not part of this group, you can still receive and claim Crypto Boxes shared by others.
Go to the "Account" page, tap the "Crypto Box" icon, then tap "Send Crypto Box";
On the "Create Crypto Box" page, choose the type — Random Amount or Fixed Amount — then enter the Number of gifts (1–10000) and the amount (for Random Amount, enter the Total Box Amount; for Fixed Amount, enter the Each Gift Amount);
Fill in your Gift Wishes (1–50 words), and confirm the Referral code (new users who claim your Crypto Box will sign up for Pionex with your referral code, and you'll earn commission on their future trades on Pionex);
If needed, tap "Advanced settings" to unfold more options — such as setting a validity period (1–30 days), Exclusive for Friends to Claim, Exclusive for verified users to claim (KYC2), or Exclusive to users who have already made a deposit;
Once the Total Amount is confirmed, tap "Put into Crypto Box" to generate a link/QR code/box code you can share with friends.
IV. Rules You Should Know
What is a Crypto Box? Crypto Box facilitates the distribution of crypto under a randomized or fixed rule. To claim a Crypto Box, you'll need a box code from the Crypto Box owner.
Validity period: You can set the Crypto Box to be valid for 1–30 days when creating it. The Crypto Box will expire at the set time, and any unclaimed funds will be returned to your account after expiration.
Sending limits (all equivalent to USDT): KYC1-verified users can send up to 100 USDT per Crypto Box, with a 1,000 USDT daily limit. KYC2-verified users can send up to 500 USDT per Crypto Box, with a 5,000 USDT daily limit.
Crypto Box funds do not count toward personal cumulative deposits: Funds received via a Crypto Box are not counted toward your account's cumulative deposit amount, so they won't affect deposit-related promotions or referral reward eligibility.
Note: The box code you share with your friends can be re-shared by them to other users — please be aware this might allow others to claim the Crypto Box even if that wasn't your intent. Pionex reserves all rights to stop any Crypto Box activity, return funds to the source owner, and ban any users found to be involved in controversial activities.
V. How to View Crypto Box Records
Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner of the Crypto Box page, or tap "View More" under "Crypto Box Record" at the bottom of the page, to see all the Crypto Boxes you've claimed and sent — including claim time, wishes, claimed/sent amount, and status.
FAQ
Q:Where do Crypto Box codes come from?
A:Since the Send Crypto Box function is only available to a selected group of users (mainly regional KOLs), most box codes circulating in the community or on social media are not self-created by ordinary users — they come from official activities or community promotions organized by these authorized senders. If you received a code through such an activity, it was generated by the activity organizer using the Send Crypto Box flow.
