Newbie Tasks & Growth Funds Rewards
The Pionex Rewards Hub offers a set of Newbie Tasks. When you complete a task, the reward is credited as a Growth Fund and automatically subscribed to an arbitrage product, where it generates returns for you until it expires.
This guide covers where to find the tasks, how completion is judged, how to claim your reward, and what to check when a reward does not arrive.

Requirements That Apply to Every Task
These two requirements apply to all Newbie Tasks, in addition to each task's own conditions:
Your total deposit must reach 50 USDT. Until this is met, task rewards cannot be claimed — including tasks whose description does not mention depositing.
Only certain deposit methods count. On-chain deposits, bank card payments, third-party payments, and fiat deposits are all valid. Supported channels vary by region. Internal transfers and red packets do not count.

How to Claim Your Reward
Complete the task conditions. The system updates the task status within 2 hours.
When the status changes to [Claim], tap it.
The reward is credited and automatically subscribed to the exclusive "For Growth Funds Only" arbitrage product.
Review every reward in [Growth Funds Record] on the Rewards Hub page.
No further action is needed after claiming — the Growth Fund starts generating returns on its own.
What You Receive: Growth Fund
Newbie Task rewards are issued as Growth Funds, not as a cash balance.
Validity: 7 days from the date the Growth Fund is granted.
The principal cannot be withdrawn. At expiry, Pionex automatically reclaims the principal, and it is removed from your Total Assets.
The returns are yours. Returns generated during the holding period are credited to your Primary Account and can be withdrawn or used for trading freely.
Two separate 7-day periods are involved in the Spot Grid Trade task — do not confuse them. The bot must be held for more than 7 days for the task to complete; the Growth Fund you receive afterwards is valid for 7 days from the date it is granted.
Growth Funds are not the same as the Futures Trading Bonus. A Growth Fund is subscribed to an arbitrage product and cannot be used for spot trading, futures trading, or as margin. A Futures Trading Bonus is credited to your futures account and can only be used for manual futures trading. The two are separate products and cannot be combined or substituted for one another.

FAQ
Q: Why have I not received a reward after completing a task?
A: The most common reason is that your total deposit has not reached 50 USDT. This applies to every task, including sign up, whose card describes the reward as instant. Otherwise, allow up to 2 hours for the status to refresh, then tap the [i] icon next to the task to check its remaining conditions.
Q: How long does it take for a task status to update?
A: Up to 2 hours after the conditions are met.
Q: Is completing KYC 2 identity verification enough to receive the 15 USDT?
A: No. Your total deposit must also reach 50 USDT before the reward can be claimed.
Q: Why did my First Deposit task not complete even though I deposited enough?
A: The funds must stay in your account for 2 days. Selling crypto for fiat, withdrawing on-chain, or transferring to your Pionex Card within those 2 days invalidates the task.
Q: Which futures trades count toward the Futures trade tasks?
A: Manual futures trades only — bot trades count toward neither task. The Newbie Tasks version also requires a first transfer of ≥ 100 USDT to your futures account. The Limited Time Mission version requires cumulative manual futures volume of ≥ 100,000 USDT within 14 days of registration.
Q: Why did I not receive the 25 USDT for inviting a friend?
A: Each invited user must complete KYC2 and reach a cumulative manual futures trading volume of 10,000 USDT. Registration alone does not qualify.
Q: Why has my task moved to Expired?
A: It may be that a condition was broken or was not met in time. For example, withdrawing your first deposit within the 2-day holding period, or closing your Spot Grid Bot before it has been held for 7 days, causes the task to fail rather than complete.
Tap the [i] icon next to the task to see which condition applies. Expired tasks cannot be reopened, and the reward can no longer be claimed.
Q: Why did my Growth Fund disappear from my Total Assets?
A: The principal is automatically reclaimed 7 days after it was granted, and the returns are credited to your Primary Account. Check [Growth Funds Record] or the transaction records of the "For Growth Funds Only" product:
