Pionex.AI is an AI Agent platform (currently in Beta) launched by Pionex, offering a suite of dedicated AI assistants to help users with coding, quantitative trading strategy development, backtesting, and account support. The platform comes with several pre-built character-based agents, including:

Q1: What can I do with the Free plan?
Free plan users can access base models (GPT-5.6 Luna, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, Qwen3.5-Flash, DeepSeek V4 Flash), receive 100,000 coding tokens per month, and run up to 3 backtests per month.
Q2: What's the difference between "all models" and "base models"?
The Free plan only provides access to base models. Plus, Pro, and Max plans all include access to every model supported on the platform, enabling stronger coding and strategy analysis capabilities.
Q3: What happens when my monthly token allowance runs out?
For Plus and higher plans, once the monthly granted coding token allowance is used up, users still receive a free daily basic-model token allowance (ranging from 50,000 to 1,000,000 depending on the plan) to keep core functionality running. The Free plan currently does not offer this post-grant daily replenishment.
Q4: How is billing handled for paid plans?
Paid plans are purchased for one month at a time, paid from your Pionex AI account balance. They do not renew automatically — when a plan expires you need to renew it manually from the Pricing page, otherwise you return to the Free tier's allowances. Please make sure your account balance is sufficient before renewing.
Q5: Which plan is the most popular?
The Pro plan (20 USDT/month) is currently marked as "Most Popular," offering 4,000,000 coding tokens and 150 backtests per month — ideal for users with moderate-to-high AI development and backtesting needs.
Q6: What if I run out of backtests for the month?
If you've used up your monthly backtest allowance, either upgrade to a higher plan for a larger allowance, or wait for your allowance to reset. Your allowance resets one month after you purchased your current plan, not on the first of the calendar month. Because paid plans are valid for one month and must be renewed manually, your reset date follows your own purchase date.
Q7: Can I upgrade my plan anytime?
Yes, users can click the "Upgrade" button next to their desired plan on the pricing page to adjust their subscription tier at any time. Your existing plan is labelled "Current Plan."

The Max plan (100 USDT/month) provides up to 30,000,000 tokens and 1,000 backtests per month, making it ideal for power users with heavy development workloads, frequent strategy backtesting, or multiple agents running in parallel.
Q9: How do I deposit funds into my Pionex AI account?
Go to the Pionex AI page, tap Settings → Account → Transfer to fund your Pionex AI account.

Q10: Where can I see how much of my allowance is left?
Go to Settings → Account. The AI Pro Agents card shows a progress bar for each allowance — your coding-token quota and your backtests — displayed as used against your plan's monthly total, so your remaining balance is the unfilled portion of the bar. Your plan's monthly backtest total is: Free 3, Plus 50, Pro 150, Max 1,000. Subtract the used figure shown on the card to get the number you have left. Usage Records on the same page lists every request individually, with the agent, model, date, and tokens consumed.
