How to sign out of your current account on the Pionex Web and App.

1. App Sign-Out Steps

Applicable Scenarios

Applies to Pionex App users on iPhone (iOS) or Android mobile devices who need to sign out of their account.

Steps

  1. Open the App and go to Home: Log in to the Pionex App and tap the Pionex (Home) icon on the far left of the bottom navigation bar.

  2. Enter Personal Center: Tap the avatar/Pionex icon in the top-left corner to enter the Personal Center page.

  3. Tap Sign Out: Scroll down to the bottom of the Personal Center page and tap the red Sign out button to complete logging out.

2. Web Sign-Out Steps

Applicable Scenarios

Applies to users accessing the official Pionex website via desktop or web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) who need to sign out of their account.

Steps

  1. Go to the official website: Log in on the Pionex web version, then hover over or click the profile avatar icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Open the menu: In the side menu that pops up (which includes Dashboard, KYC, Security, etc.).

  3. Click Sign Out: Click the Sign out button at the very bottom of the menu to successfully sign out.

3. FAQ

Q: Does Pionex support switching between multiple accounts directly? How to switch accounts?

A: Pionex currently does not support direct account switching. If you need to switch accounts, you must first sign out of your current account and then log in with another account.

Q: What should I do if I can't find the sign-out button on the Pionex App?

A: Make sure you have tapped the Pionex icon at the bottom of the app, then tap the avatar in the top-left corner to enter Personal Center. Scroll down to the very bottom of the Personal Center page to see the Sign out button.

Q: How do I switch accounts or log out of my current account on the Pionex Web version?

A: Hover over the profile avatar icon in the top-right corner of the webpage and click the Sign out button at the bottom of the drop-down menu. After signing out, you can enter another account to log in.
