Phone Number and Email Verification Tutorial

This tutorial introduces the step-by-step process for binding phone numbers and email verification on the Pionex website and mobile App.

1. Enable Phone Number and Email Verification on Web

  • Use Case: How to bind or enable phone number verification/email verification on the PC website?

  • Navigation Path:

    1. Log in to the Pionex official website and click the profile icon in the top right corner.

    2. Select 【Security】 from the drop-down menu.

    3. Under the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" section:

      • Email Verification: Locate "Email Verification" and click 【Bind】.

      • Phone Number Verification: Locate "Mobile Verification" and click 【Bind】.

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your phone number/email and code to complete binding.

2. Enable Phone Number and Email Verification on App

  • Use Case: How to bind or enable phone number verification/email verification in the mobile App?

  • Navigation Path:

    1. Open the Pionex App and tap 【Pionex】 (Home) on the bottom navigation bar.

    2. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner to enter "Personal Center".

    3. Tap 【Security】.

    4. Under the "Identity Security verification" section:

      • Phone Number Verification: Tap 【SMS authentication】.

      • Email Verification: Tap 【Email authentication】.

    5. Follow the system prompts to enter your phone number or email, get the verification code, and complete the setup.
