Notes

1. To unbind your phone number or email using this method, you must be logged in, and your Pionex account must have both an email and a phone number bound, with access to both.

2. Unbinding your phone number or email through this method will suspend withdrawals for 24 hours (for self-service unbinding). The unbound phone number/email cannot be used to rebind to an account or register a new Pionex account for 30 days.

3. Once you unbind your email, the system will automatically remove the account's connection to all bound third-party login methods (including Google, Apple, LINE, and Telegram) — no separate action is needed. If your account still has a phone number bound, you can continue logging in with your phone number and password. If email is your account's only login method, be sure to bind a phone number before unbinding, to avoid being unable to log in afterward.
