Troubleshooting App Issues: Lag, Crashes, Freezing & Display Errors

What to do when the Pionex app lags, crashes, freezes, won't load, or shows display errors — self-troubleshooting steps and what to include when reporting to support.

If you're experiencing performance or display problems with the Pionex app — such as lag, crashes, freezing, or content that won't load or displays incorrectly — this article covers quick self-troubleshooting steps to try before reaching out to support.

Symptoms this article covers

  • System lag / slow response

  • App crashes frequently

  • App becomes unresponsive

  • App fails to load or open

  • Display errors — text, charts, or page elements appear in the wrong position

  • Certain features, tabs, or menu options appear to be missing

Try these checks first

Please go through the following in order:

  1. Check your network connection. Make sure your Wi-Fi or mobile data has a stable, sufficient signal. A weak or unstable connection can cause lag, loading failures, and display issues.

  2. Force close and restart the app. Fully close the app — remove it from your device's recent/background apps list rather than just minimizing it — then reopen it. This clears temporary glitches caused by background processes.

  3. Make sure you're on the latest version. Some features, tabs, or menu options may not appear at all on an older version, in addition to causing lag or display issues. Update via our official download page rather than the App Store or Google Play — store listings can lag behind while a new release is pending review: https://download.pionex.com/?lang=en (TestFlight for iOS, APK for Android are the latest builds).
