This article explains how to check the version number of the Pionex App you are currently using.
After opening the app, you'll land on the "Pionex" page. Tap the avatar in the top-left corner of the "Pionex" page to open the "Personal Center" page.
On the "Personal Center" page, scroll down to find "About Us" — the current version number is shown directly on the right side of this row.
For more complete information, tap "About Us" to open the "About" page. The version number is shown again at the top of this page, and below it you'll find a "Check Update" entry (to confirm whether you're on the latest version), as well as links to the Privacy Policy, User Agreement, and other related documents.
When verifying product issues, you can provide this version number to customer service to help pinpoint the problem within the specific version.
My app shows an in-app notification that my version is expiring soon — what should I do?
If you receive an in-app notification that your current version is expiring soon, we recommend updating to the latest version as soon as possible.

On this page, we recommend downloading via TestFlight for iOS and the APK file for Android, as these are the most up-to-date versions. The versions available on the App Store and Google Play may not be the latest release, since app stores need time to review each new version before it goes live.
Version Differences by Installation Channel
The time when a new version of the Pionex App becomes available may vary depending on the installation channel:
iOS: The TestFlight version is updated earlier than the App Store version, with updates released every Tuesday and Friday.
Android: The APK version is updated earlier than the Google Play Store version, also with updates released every Tuesday and Friday.
Versions installed through the App Store or Google Play Store may receive updates slightly later.
If you would like to access new features earlier, we recommend downloading the TestFlight (iOS) or APK (Android) version, as these versions are updated before the store versions.
How to Check Whether You Have the Latest Version
Go to the “About Us” page in the App and tap “Check for Updates” to confirm whether you are using the latest version.
Does Pionex offer Pro or Lite versions of the App?
No. Pionex currently provides a single, unified version of the App that includes all platform features, so there is no need to switch between or download separate Pro and Lite versions.
