Apple Pay lets you pay with your Pionex Card using your iPhone or Apple Watch, in stores and online, without sharing your actual card number with merchants.
I. How do I add my card with one tap?
This is the recommended method. Everything happens inside the app, so there's no need to type your card number.
Before you start, please make sure:
You're using the iPhone you use every day. New phones, phones where the app was just reinstalled, or borrowed devices are more likely to be blocked by security checks.
You're not connected to a VPN while adding the card.
You're signed in with your own Apple ID, and Face ID, Touch ID or a device passcode is turned on.
You add one card at a time. If adding fails, please don't keep retrying.
Open the Pionex app and make sure it's updated to the latest version (3.1.9 or later).
Go to the Pionex Card home page.
Tap "Add to Apple Wallet".
Follow the on-screen steps: you'll be taken to Apple's official add-card screen. Confirm your card details and accept the terms to finish.
You can also add your card in other ways:
Option 1: Add from the Pionex app in Apple Wallet. Open Apple Wallet, tap "+" in the top-right corner, choose "From Apps on Your iPhone", select Pionex, choose your card and follow the prompts.
Option 2: Enter your card details manually. Open Apple Wallet, tap "+", choose "Debit or Credit Card", enter your card details, then verify and add it as prompted. If you enter details manually, please double-check the card number, expiry date and security code.

III. FAQ
Q1: Is Apple Pay safe?
A: Yes. Apple Pay uses multiple layers of security. Your actual card number is never shared with merchants, and every transaction requires your biometric authentication or device passcode, making it one of the most secure ways to pay today.
Q2: Are there any fees for adding or using Apple Pay?
A: No. Neither Pionex Card nor Apple charges you any extra fees.
Q3: Can I add more than one Pionex card to the same device?
A: Yes. If you have multiple Pionex cards, you can add all of them to your device.
Q4: Where can I see my Apple Pay transactions?
A: You can view all transaction details in your card statement in the Pionex app.
Q5: Why can't I add my card to Apple Pay?
A: Apple and the card network run security checks on the device adding the card. Using a new device, or trying many times in a short period, can cause these checks to fail. See Section IV below for what to do.

IV. What should I do if adding my card fails?
If you see a message like "Could Not Add Card" or "Contact your card issuer", it usually means a security check by Apple or the card network didn't pass. It doesn't mean there's a problem with your card. Please try the following, in order:
Stop and don't keep retrying. Repeated attempts in a short time rarely succeed and may be flagged as too many attempts.
Switch to the iPhone you use every day, and make sure you're signed in with your own Apple ID.
If it still fails, keep using your current device as normal and try again after 7 days (trying again after 30 days has an even higher success rate).
If you're told the expiry date or security code is incorrect, check them in the card details in the Pionex app and add the card again. If you're told the device limit has been reached, first remove this card from your old phones or watches in Wallet.
If none of the above works, please contact us through in-app online support.
