Pionex supports fund transfers between the Primary Account, Futures Account, Payment Account, and Card Account. Below are instructions for transferring funds on both the mobile app and the web version. (Note: "Account" here refers to a wallet section, not a "sub-account.")
Mobile App
Step 1: Open the Transfer page
On the home screen, tap Transfer.

Step 2: Select the coin
Choose the coin you want to transfer (e.g., USDT).

Step 3: Set From and To accounts
From: Select the source account (e.g., Primary Account)
To: Tap the dropdown and select the destination account:
Futures Account
Payment Account
Card Account
Step 4: Enter the amount
Enter the amount or tap All to transfer the full available balance.
Step 5: Confirm the transfer
Tap Transfer to complete.
Web (Desktop)
Step 1: Go to Wallet
Click Wallet in the top-right navigation bar.
Step 2: Select Primary Account
In the dropdown, click Primary Account.
Step 3: Click Fund Transfer
On the Primary Account page, click the Fund Transfer button.
Step 4: Select destination account
In the transfer popup:
From: Primary Account
To: Click the dropdown (④) and select:
Futures Account
Payment Account
Card Account
Step 5: Select coin, enter amount, and confirm
Choose the coin (e.g., USDT), enter the amount or click All, then click Transfer.
