Pionex accounts are divided into two sections: Primary Account and Futures Account. You can switch between them on the [My Account] page in the APP, or via the wallet tabs on the web version.
How to access My Account
APP: You can access [My Account] directly from the Home page.
WEB: Click [Wallet] in the top-right corner of the page, then select the account you want to view (Primary Account or Futures Account).
What is the difference between the Primary Account and the Futures Account?
Primary Account: This is your main account balance and can be used for most platform functions, such as opening trading bots, making transfers, and other account-related activities.
Futures Account: The funds in this account are dedicated to manual futures trading (Isolated & Cross Margin mode) and can only be used to open and manage manual futures positions.
Primary Account
The Primary Account displays an overview of funds related to spot trading and trading bots, including:
Pionex Bonus: Reward bonuses issued by the platform.
Trading Bot: Currently active bot orders (e.g., Futures Grid, Cross Margin Futures Grid), showing the invested amount and total profit for each order.
Futures Lite: Manual futures orders opened via the Multi mode, showing the invested amount and current profit/loss.
Spot Balance: Spot holdings available for trading, showing the quantity and 24H price change for each coin. Small balances worth 2U or less can be converted to USDT via the "Convert Small Balances (≤2U)" button.
Arbitrage: Active earn arbitrage orders, showing the total amount and total profit.
Pionex Card: Asset balance linked to your Pionex Card.
Futures Account
The Futures Account displays the status of funds used for futures trading, including:
Futures Account Equity: The total asset value of the futures account (in USD) and today's profit/loss.
Margin rate: The health status of the account's margin. A lower ratio indicates a higher risk of liquidation.
Maintenance Margin: The minimum margin required to maintain all current positions.
Balance Details: The total and withdrawable quantity of each coin in the account, including USDT and PUSD (virtual funds used for demo trading; not withdrawable).
Positions: All active futures positions, showing the trading pair, direction (Buy/Sell), leverage, margin mode (Cross/Isolated), margin used, and unrealized profit/loss. Use "Close All" to close all positions at once.
Positions of training coins: Futures positions opened with PUSD virtual funds(Demo). These do not involve real assets.
FAQ
Q: Can I request proof of assets, proof of balance, or proof of account ownership?
A: Yes. However, there is currently no self-service option for this, so requests must be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email service@pionex.com specifying the type of proof you need and its intended purpose; we will process your request after reviewing it.
