How to View Your Pionex Primary Account Fund Statement
The Fund Statement is a transaction history tool provided by Pionex that records all fund movements in your Primary Account, including deposits, withdrawals, trading profits and losses, reward distributions, and more.
Whether you are investigating balance changes, reconciling transactions, or tracking where your funds have gone, the Fund Statement can help you quickly find the information you need.
What Is a Fund Statement?
Any action that changes the balance of your Primary Account will generate a record in the Fund Statement.
Common record types include:
Deposits & Withdrawals: Incoming or outgoing funds transferred on-chain.
Spot Trading: Balance changes resulting from buy or sell transactions.
Bot Operations: Fund movements related to bot creation, bot closure, or profit withdrawals from trading bots.
Fund Transfers: Internal transfers between different account types or features (e.g., transferring funds to a Futures Account).

FAQ
Q: Why has my balance decreased?
A: Go to the Fund Statement and review the most recent records. You will be able to see all activities that reduced your balance, such as withdrawals, bot-related transfers, or trading losses.
Q: I closed my trading bot, but the funds have not returned to my account. Why?
A: Once a trading bot is closed, the funds are automatically returned to your Primary Account. You can check the relevant fund movement records in the Fund Statement.
Q: I only want to view my rebate records. How can I do that?
A: You can use the Type filter and select Rebate to display only the related records.
Q: What do the “Quantity/Average cost(USD)” fields mean in the statement?
A: These fields display two pieces of information:
Quantity: The quantity of the asset involved in the transaction. Positive values indicate incoming funds, while negative values indicate outgoing funds.
Average cost(USD): The reference token value at the time the transaction occurred.
The cost price is provided for reference purposes only to help you understand the market valuation at the time of the transaction. It does not represent your actual profit or loss.
💡 Tip: If you have any questions about the records in your Fund Statement or cannot find a specific transaction, please provide the relevant time range and asset type when contacting the Pionex Support Team. We will be happy to assist you with further investigation.
