You can check or confirm the contact details (phone number and email address) linked to your Pionex account using either the Web version or the Mobile App.
Web Version Steps
Log in to the Pionex official website and hover your cursor over the profile icon in the upper right corner.
Click Security from the drop-down menu.
Under the "Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)" section, you will see your bound Email Verification and Mobile Verification information.
App Version Steps
Open the Pionex App and tap the profile icon in the top-left corner of the Home screen to enter the "Personal Center".
Tap Security from the menu.
On the "Security" page, tap SMS authentication or Email authentication under Identity Security verification to view your bound phone number or email address.
