The trading volume displayed is strictly a rolling calculation for the "last 30 days". Spot and Futures volumes are displayed separately and are not combined. Data updates daily at 01:30 UTC. Any account can view this information without meeting a specific VIP level requirement (even though the entry point is on the "VIP Level" page).
Steps for Web
Log in to the Pionex website and click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the page.
In the drop-down menu, click the VIP badge icon next to your avatar to enter the "VIP Level" page.
In the "Progress to VIP X" section, click "More Ways".
In the pop-up window, you will see both "30D Futures Volume" and "30D Spot Volume".

Open the Pionex App and tap "My Account" on the Home tab (the bar above your balance figures with the VIP level badge).
Tap the VIP badge to enter the "VIP Level" page.

FAQ
Q: Can I view my trading volume for a specific day, last month, or any other custom time frame?
A: No. Pionex currently only provides rolling "last 30 days" trading volume statistics. Custom date ranges, daily, or natural month queries are not supported.
Q: Is there any way to check my trading volume for a specific date or time range?
A: You can export your transaction history file, filter by your desired date range, and calculate the total manually. The exported "Trading" file includes daily summary trade records for spot and futures, which can be distinguished using the "Market Type" field.
Q: Can I check my account balance/total assets for a specific historical date (e.g., "this day last month" or "a specific day last year")?
A: No. Currently, Pionex only supports real-time viewing of your current account balance and asset distribution. It does not support querying historical account balances for any past dates. If you need to track your historical asset changes, it is recommended to take screenshots or manually record your asset data regularly.
