You can create a Pionex account by following these steps on the Pionex web or app.

1. Go to Pionex.com and click [Sign up] button in the top-right corner to access the registration page.
2. You can create an account using Google Account, Apple Account, LINE, Telegram, Email or Phone Number.
3. In this example, we’ll explain how to sign up using an email address. Please follow these steps:
Enter your email address and enter a strong password with the following characteristics:
Length must be at least 8 characters
Must contain letters and numbers
Next click the [Sign up] button to proceed.
Note: Using a referral code is optional.
4. Complete the email/SMS verification and finally click the [Confirm] button to create your Pionex account.
5. Registration successful! Once verified, your account is created and you can start trading crypto on Pionex.

1. After downloading, open the Pionex app and click on [Pionex] - [Sign up]

A: No, it does not. Pionex strictly adheres to a "one person, one KYC" policy; users must register their own individual or institutional accounts.
Q: How do I choose the country/region phone code when registering with a phone number?
A: Select the phone code that matches the country/region of your phone number. Codes are shown with a “+” sign, for example +49 for Germany or +886 for Taiwan. You can search by country/region name or by the code itself, then enter your phone number. Phone number formats differ by country/region: some are entered with a leading 0 and some without, so please enter your number in the format used in your country/region. Phone numbers from countries/regions on the “Unsupported Countries’/Regions” list cannot be used to register.
