FAQ
Q: I have passed KYC Level 2 and I am traveling to, or temporarily staying in, a restricted country/region. Can I still use Pionex?
A: If you have passed KYC Level 2 and travel to restricted regions, Pionex will not restrict your usage. However, the network service providers in that region may restrict access to Pionex, so you may find that the app or website is slow, unstable or unreachable while you are there.
Q: What should I do if I cannot access Pionex while I am in a restricted region?
A: The restriction in this case comes from the local network service provider, not from your Pionex account. Please contact your network service provider for assistance.
Please note that this FAQ only applies to accounts that have already completed KYC Level 2. Users located in the restricted countries/regions listed above still cannot register/bind a phone number or complete KYC.
