Before subscribing to the "Bitfinex Lending Product", please read the following terms and the Pionex Terms of Service carefully. By clicking "I have read and agree to the above", you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and the Pionex Terms of Service.
All assets you subscribe to the "Bitfinex Lending Product" will be invested in the lending business on the Bitfinex platform. You have fully read and understood the rules of the Bitfinex Lending Product, and you understand that whether you can get back your principal and returns when your subscribed "Bitfinex Lending Product" matures depends entirely on whether Pionex can recover the lent principal and returns from Bitfinex on schedule.
Subscribing to the "Bitfinex Lending Product" does not create any form of lending relationship between you and Pionex. Pionex only provides you with trading-assistance services and does not promise to repay your principal or returns at maturity. If your principal or returns suffer any loss for reasons not attributable to Pionex, Pionex will not be liable for it.
The "Bitfinex Lending Product" will make its best effort to help you earn returns. However, you should understand that the yield of the "Bitfinex Lending Product" is floating, and your final returns depend on the actual earnings of the assets in the lending business on the Bitfinex platform. Your final returns will be the amount Pionex returns to you on the maturity date.
You understand that the "Bitfinex Lending Product" has a fixed term and cannot be redeemed early. After maturity, Pionex will charge a certain percentage of all the returns received from Bitfinex as a service fee, and transfer the principal and the remaining returns to your account. You agree that Pionex has the right to determine and revise the fee rate from time to time at its own discretion, and agree that Pionex will deduct the fee at the rate in effect at that time.
Pionex has the right to allow or prohibit certain users from purchasing the "Bitfinex Lending Product". When necessary, Pionex may, at its own discretion, suspend or terminate the "Bitfinex Lending Product" business, including terminating unexpired "Bitfinex Lending Products" early.
You should learn how the "Bitfinex Lending Product" works and what risks it carries, and read these user terms carefully. Any introduction, promotion or support Pionex provides for the "Bitfinex Lending Product" does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice from Pionex to you, nor does it constitute any form of endorsement, guarantee or commitment by Pionex regarding the Bitfinex platform or any of its businesses.
