Applicable Platforms: Pionex App (Mobile) and Pionex Web.
Scope: Closed Futures orders, filled Spot orders, Convert history, and stopped Trading Bot orders.
1. Finding Closed Orders and History on the Pionex App
1.1 Manual Trading History (Futures / Spot / Convert)
USDT-M / COIN-M Futures History Orders:
Path: Open the Pionex App -> Tap "Trade" at the bottom -> Select "USDT-M" or "COIN-M" at the top -> Tap the "History" icon on the right side of the orders section.
Spot History Orders:
Path: Open the Pionex App -> Tap "Trade" at the bottom -> Select "Spot" at the top -> Tap the "History" icon on the right side of the orders section.
Convert History Orders:
Path: Open the Pionex App -> Tap "Trade" at the bottom -> Select "Convert" at the top -> Tap the "History" button in the lower-middle section of the page.
1.2 Stopped Bot Orders
Entry Point:
Path: Open the Pionex App -> Tap "Bot" at the bottom -> Tap the clock / history icon on the right side of the "My bots" section.
2. Finding Closed Orders and History on Pionex Web
2.1 Top Navigation Menu Entry Point
Path: Log in to Pionex Web -> Hover over the "Orders" icon on the top-right navigation bar -> Select "Trading Bot Orders", "Spot Orders", "Futures Orders", or "Earn Orders" -> In the left sidebar, switch to "Order History" or "Historical Positions".
2.2 Trading Terminal Entry Point
Path: In the order panel at the bottom of the specific trading interface on Pionex Web, directly click the "Order History" or "History" tab.
