Pionex and Webot — formerly known as Pionex.US — are two separate, independently operated platforms. They do not share the same account system: registering or logging in on one does not give you access to the other, and you cannot switch your existing Pionex account into a Webot (Pionex US) account.<br>

Pionex and Webot (Pionex US) do not support directly migrating your account, assets, or bot orders between the two platforms. If you need to use Webot (Pionex US), you will need to:

Close any running bots on your Pionex account and convert your holdings into a cryptocurrency that Webot (Pionex US) supports for deposit (for example, USDT or USDC).

Withdraw that cryptocurrency from Pionex.

Register a new account directly on Webot (Pionex US), then deposit your funds there.
