Pionex Rebate Program FAQ

FAQ on Pionex Rebate Program: qualified invitee criteria, invite code rules, missing rebates, changing rates, update/payout frequency, checking rebate details, VIP level impact, coin-margined futures calculation, and ID verification for withdrawal.

The Pionex Rebate Program allows you to earn rewards by inviting new users to trade on Pionex. When a user sign up your referral link or code and starts trading, you can receive up to 20% rebate based on their trading fees.

Q: What is a Qualified Referee?

A: To be considered a Qualified Referee, your invitee must:

  • Register a Pionex account using your referral link or code

  • Complete a cumulative deposit of at least 100 USDT (or equivalent in other cryptocurrencies)

  • Finish their first deposit and trading activity within 30 calendar days of registration

Q: My invitee forgot to use my referral code/link. Will I still receive rebates?

A: If the user meets the relevant conditions, they can still apply to re-bind their referral code. If they do not meet the conditions, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for rebates related to that user.

Q: Why haven't I received my rebate, or why is the rebate amount lower than expected?

A: Possible reasons include: the invitee did not meet the conditions to become a "qualified invitee" (for example, not using the correct invitation code, or not completing their first deposit within 30 days); for invitees who registered after Pionex Futures officially launched (March 1, 2023), the inviter is not eligible for futures trading rebates on that invitee; and for invitees referred by non-KOL users, once that invitee reaches VIP 2 or above, the inviter will no longer receive the full rebate generated by that invitee.

Q: Can a referral code be changed or removed once it is bound to an account?

A: No. Once an account is linked with a referral code, it cannot be modified or removed.

Q: Can I change the cashback rate on an existing referral code?

A: No. The cashback rate is fixed at the time the referral code is created and cannot be changed afterward. If you wish to offer a different rate, you will need to create a new referral code.

Q: How many referral codes can I create? Can I delete them?

A: Each account can create a maximum of 10 referral codes. Once created, referral codes cannot be deleted.

Q: Why hasn’t my rebate data been refreshed or updated?

A: The rebate dashboard is updated daily at 02:00 (UTC). Please allow some time for the latest data to be reflected after this update time.

If the data is still not updated after the scheduled refresh time, please feel free to contact our support team for further assistance.

Q: When are rebates distributed, and how long is the “Rebate History” data available?

A: Rebates are distributed on an hourly basis and will be reflected in the “Rebate History” accordingly.

Please note that the dashboard only displays rebate data from the past 30 days. Data beyond this period will not be available for viewing.

Q: How do I check my cashback details?

A: You can check cashback details via the USDT transaction history. It is currently only viewable through the Phone APP.

App: Main Page → My Account → Primary Account → Spot Balances → USDT → History

Q: What happens to the referrer's commission earnings if they close their account?

A: If the referrer closes their account, their commission rate will be set to 0%. As the referrer's invitee, you will no longer receive any commission discounts.

Q: How are coin-margined (inverse futures) trades handled for rebate calculation?

A: For coin-margined (inverse futures) trades, whether executed manually or via bot, the trading fee is first recorded in the original base asset.

The rebate is not immediately converted at the time of trading. Instead, it is calculated and distributed hourly. At the time of rebate distribution, the system converts the trading fee into its USDT equivalent based on the market price at that moment, and the rebate is then issued accordingly.

Q: Is identity verification required to earn rebates?

A: Yes, you need to complete at least Level 1 identity verification to withdraw funds (including rebates) from your Pionex account.

Q: If my friends register for the platform through the bot link I share, will they be considered my invited users?

A: Users who register for Pionex through the bot link you share will be considered your invited users.

Q: How do I log in to the Partner Portal (partner.pionex.com)?

A: The Pionex Partner Portal is where approved KOLs, affiliates and partners manage their invited users, referral links and commission/rebate data. It uses your existing Pionex account — there is no separate Partner Portal account, and no separate username or password is issued for it.

How to sign in

  1. Sign in with the email or phone number and password of your Pionex account — the same credentials you use on the main Pionex website and App.

  2. Signed up with Google, Apple, LINE or Telegram and never set a password? Use QR-code sign-in instead: open your Pionex App (updated to the latest version), tap the scan icon, and scan the QR code shown on the Partner Portal login page to sign in instantly.

Because it is the same account, your login credentials, password reset and two-factor authentication (2FA) are all managed from the main Pionex website or App, not inside the Partner Portal.

Q: I don't have access to the Partner Portal yet

A: The Partner Portal only opens after your KOL / partner application has been approved. Tap "Apply to become a partner" on the portal login page, or see Business Collaboration / BD / KOL Application. If you are a regular referral user, you do not need the Partner Portal — manage your referral link and rebates directly in the Pionex App or website (More → Rebate).
