Pionex Gold Card: Eligibility, Pricing, Cashback & FAQ

Pionex Gold Card pre-order is currently invitation-only: only users invited by Pionex are eligible, and they must not already hold any Pionex Card. Covers pricing, cashback, card issuance timing, and answers to common questions from support.

What is the Pionex Gold Card?

The Pionex Gold Card is a premium version of the Pionex Card, issued on the Mastercard network. It offers a higher cashback rate than the standard (Regular) Pionex Card in exchange for a one-time card fee, and is currently being rolled out through a limited-time pre-order campaign rather than being open to everyone by default.

Pre-order campaign details

  • Campaign period: 4 September 2026 00:00 – 30 September 2026 23:59 (UTC+8). Always check the Gold Card pre-order page for the current campaign window, since it can be updated as the rollout continues.

  • Pre-order price: 50 USDT — a 50% discount off the regular 100 USDT Gold Card issuance fee.

  • Purchase limit: One pre-order per user.

  • Pionex reserves the right to disqualify users who exploit rule loopholes or engage in malicious behavior such as wash trading, multi-accounting, or volume manipulation, and reserves final interpretation rights for this campaign.

Am I eligible?

This campaign is currently not open to everyone — it runs on an invitation basis. Only users who have been invited by Pionex to participate are eligible; simply visiting the pre-order page does not guarantee a spot, and users who are not invited will see “Not Eligible” regardless of card status. On top of the invitation requirement, invited users must also not currently hold a Pionex Card of any kind — this includes any existing Regular, Visa, or Mastercard-network Pionex card, whether virtual or physical. Regional and account eligibility also apply.

Cashback and benefits: Gold vs. Regular

  • Regular Pionex Card: Free to open, with no issuance or annual fee. Earns 0.1% cashback on eligible purchases, with no cap. Applying for the Mastercard-network Regular card requires KYC Level 2 and more than 100 USDT in Mastercard account assets, subject to regional and account eligibility.

  • Gold Card: 50 USDT pre-order price (100 USDT regular price). Earns up to 5% cashback on up to 4,000 USDT of eligible spending each month (up to 200 USDT cashback per month), then 1% cashback on spending beyond that. The Card Account balance also earns a flexible APY of up to 5% (variable, subject to product terms).

Both cards run on the Mastercard network, which applies a 3.5% transaction fee (see Mastercard’s own fee schedule for full details). Cashback applies to eligible purchases only — it excludes the pre-order/issuance fee, transaction fees, and restricted-merchant purchases. This is cashback, not net profit, and actual rewards will vary with your spending. Pionex reserves the right to adjust this promotion, fees, benefits, and related terms at any time.

When will I receive my card?

Only virtual Gold Cards are being issued at this stage. Cards are not issued the instant you pay: pre-orders are verified first and then released together in a scheduled batch rather than one at a time.

If your account still shows a “Regular” card shortly after paying for the Gold Card pre-order, this is expected while your batch is pending — no action is needed, and your card type updates automatically once your batch is released. If it has been well beyond a scheduled batch and your card still hasn’t updated, contact support with your payment details.

Frequently asked questions

Q: I paid, but my account still shows a Regular card — is something wrong?
A: No. Gold Card virtual cards are issued together in scheduled batches rather than instantly on payment. This is a normal timing delay, not an account error, and needs no manual correction — your card updates automatically once your batch is released.

Q: I topped up my balance and 50 USDT was immediately deducted — was I charged by mistake?
A: No. If you pre-ordered the Gold Card, that 50 USDT is the automatic pre-order fee, deducted as soon as your balance covers it during the campaign window — it is not an error or an unrelated deduction.

Q: I already have a Pionex Card (even a different type or brand) — can I still get the Gold Card at the pre-order price?
A: No. This pre-order is limited to users who do not currently hold any Pionex Card. Holding any existing card — including a virtual card from a different issuing partner — makes you ineligible for this round.

Q: I currently hold a free Pionex Card. If I cancel it, will I become eligible for the Gold Card pre-order?
A: No. Cancelling your existing Pionex Card does not retroactively grant you eligibility for the Gold Card pre-order. Eligibility requires being invited by Pionex and not currently holding any Pionex Card (Visa, or Mastercard — virtual or physical) — cancelling a card afterward does not change your eligibility status for that round.

Q: How does Gold Card cashback compare to the Regular card?
A: The Regular card earns a flat 0.1% cashback with no cap. The Gold Card earns up to 5% cashback on up to 4,000 USDT of eligible spending per month (capped at 200 USDT cashback), then 1% on spending beyond that.

Q: Can I get a physical Gold Card?
A: Not yet — only virtual cards are being issued during this pre-order campaign.

Q: My pre-order doesn’t seem to be progressing, or my card never arrived after a batch release — what should I do?
A: This is uncommon, but if it happens, contact support with your payment reference (date, time, and amount) so the team can check your pre-order status and follow up.

Terms are subject to change. Always refer to the official Pionex Gold Card page for the latest campaign dates, eligibility, and fee details.
