Large Transfers Deposit & Withdrawal Guide

Large Transfers buys USDT directly with USD via SCB/DBS or FV Bank. Min $1,000, fee $55+0.2% plus wire fee. Requires KYC 2, VIP 1+. 1-3 business day review. VIP users may apply for a virtual account (subject to review).

What Is Large Transfers?

Large Transfers is a dedicated channel offered by Pionex for users who need to move large sums of fiat currency. It supports purchasing USDT directly with USD.

Pionex supports two service providers for large transfers: SCB/DBS and FV Bank. The exact service provider is shown in the interface.

VIP users may submit an application to create a virtual account, which is subject to review.

Who Is It For?

This service is suitable for users who:

  • Need to deposit or withdraw a large amount in a single transaction (recommended $1,000 USD or more)

  • Prefer to fund their account via bank wire transfer

Fee Structure: A fixed service fee of $55 + 0.2% is charged per transaction, plus an estimated cross-border wire transfer fee of $10–$30 (actual amount depends on intermediary banks). A one-time account opening fee applies for first-time users (waived during the open beta period). Due to the high fixed fee, this channel is not recommended for small transactions.

For withdrawals, the service fee will be displayed once you enter the amount you intend to withdraw.

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit per transaction is $1,000 USD. The maximum deposit amount is shown on the page at the time of transaction.

Deposit & Withdrawal Process

The process consists of two steps:

  1. Open a Large Transfers account

  2. Purchase USDT directly with USD

How to Apply for an Account

Step 1: Go to the Large Transfer Deposit & Withdrawal page

Step 2: Verify account eligibility

The system will check the following four items:

  • Email address binding

  • Completed KYC 2 verification

  • Account must be at VIP 1 level or above

  • Completed additional account information

*Note: If your account has not reached VIP 1, you can contact Pionex Support to request assistance with enabling the whitelist.

Step 3: Complete supplementary information

Click "Complete Now" and fill in the following personal details (in English):

  • First name / Last name

  • Postal code

  • Date of birth

  • City, State/Province

  • Address in English

  • Passport number and expiry date

  • Upload English passport (supported formats: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf; max 10MB)

Click "Save" when done.

Step 4: Agree to terms and activate account

Once all items show "Completed," check the box to "Agree to share KYC information with third-party payment institutions," then click "Activate Account."

Step 5: Wait for review

After successful submission, the review process is expected to take 1–3 business days. Once approved, you can begin using the Large Transfers feature.

Upon application for a banking account to be used, our banking partner may need to perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) before approving the banking account creation. This is a standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirement.

If EDD is triggered, we will actively send you an email with a Request for Information (RFI). The RFI may ask for details such as your occupation and source of funds. The specific documents required to answer these questions will be communicated in that email — please reply to it with the requested information accordingly.

Important Notes

  • This service channel is no longer handled by Webot. The exact service provider is shown directly in the interface — please read the relevant risk disclosures and privacy policy before use.

  • KYC information will be shared with the third-party payment institution shown on the page to ensure transaction security and compliance.

  • The initial account activation is valid for 30 days; renewal fees apply after expiration. During the open beta, renewal is free and automatic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the requirements to use Large Transfers Deposit & Withdrawal?

Before getting started, your account must pass the four eligibility checks: a bound email address, completed KYC Level 2 verification, VIP 1 level or above, and the completed supplementary information (in English) described in Step 3 above. If your account has not reached VIP 1, you can contact Pionex Support to request assistance with enabling the whitelist.

Q: Which service providers does Large Transfers support?

Pionex supports two service providers for large transfers: SCB/DBS and FV Bank. VIP users may submit an application to create a virtual account, which is subject to review.

Q: What is a trading account?

Before using Large Transfers, you need to open a virtual trading account through the third-party channel to receive fiat funds. This account is for your exclusive use.

Q: Do accounts expire?

Large Transfers accounts require a monthly renewal fee; otherwise, the account will be deactivated and reclaimed. At this stage, both the account opening fee and monthly maintenance fee are waived.

Q: How long do deposits/withdrawals take?

An estimated 1–3 business days.

Q: Which countries/regions are eligible?

Please refer to the list of restricted countries/regions for the payment institution shown on the page. Users from any region not on that list are eligible to apply.

Q: Why was I asked for enhanced due diligence (EDD) information?

When you apply for a banking account to be used with Large Transfers, our banking partner may need to perform EDD before approving the account creation — this is a standard AML compliance requirement, not an indication of a problem with your application. If EDD is triggered, we will send you a Request for Information (RFI) email, which may ask for details such as your occupation and source of funds, along with the specific documents needed. Please reply to that email with the requested information.
