What is the Growth Fund?

Pionex's Growth Fund is a reward trial fund provided by the platform to eligible users who participate in various activities and tasks. Once a user completes a specific activity or task and meets the relevant requirements, they will receive this reward and be notified immediately via an App push notification.


How the Growth Fund Works

Once the Growth Fund is credited, no manual action is required. The system will automatically allocate the Growth Fund into the "For Growth Funds Only" product on the earn Arbitrage page, based on the specific activity the user participated in, and it will start generating returns. In each arbitrage cycle, users are guaranteed an annualized return of no less than 0.01%. As market activity increases, the potential return rate may further improve.


Validity Period and What Happens After Expiry

The Growth Fund is typically valid for 5 to 7 days, with the exact duration depending on the rules of the specific activity. It's recommended to review the terms and conditions on the relevant activity page before claiming.

After expiry, Pionex will automatically reclaim the principal of the Growth Fund, which will be removed from the user's "Total Assets." However, any returns (profits) generated during the holding period will be retained and automatically credited to the user's "Primary Account." These returns can be freely withdrawn or used for other trading purposes.


FAQ

Q: Can I use the Growth Fund for spot or futures trading?

No. The Growth Fund can only be automatically allocated into the designated earn arbitrage "For Growth Funds Only" or "Earning" products. It cannot be used for spot trading, futures trading, or as margin. Please note that the Growth Fund is a different product from the "Bonus Fund" or "Futures Trial Fund," and they cannot be combined or substituted for one another.

Q: Can I withdraw the Growth Fund directly?

No, the principal of the Growth Fund cannot be withdrawn directly. After expiry, the principal will be reclaimed, but any returns generated during the holding period will be credited to your Primary Account, and these returns can be freely withdrawn.

Q: Why has my Growth Fund disappeared from my account?

Don't worry — this is a normal reclamation process. After expiry, Pionex automatically reclaims the principal of the Growth Fund and removes it from your "Total Assets." Any returns generated during the holding period will be retained and credited to your "Primary Account."
