FAQ
Q: How can I calculate PnL from the downloaded report?
A: Pionex does not support direct PnL calculation within the report. We suggest exporting your transaction history to a third-party platform, such as CoinTracking, for these calculations. Please refer to the article for more information.
Q: Why does my report only show one entry per day even if I trade multiple times?
A: To ensure reports are concise and compatible with tax software, Pionex provides a Daily Trading Summary for all activities. This is the only export format available. You can view full trade details anytime in the Order History section of the App or Web.
Q: Why is my downloaded report empty?
A: Common reasons include
1) The selected date range has no activity.
2) The generation is still in progress (check your email for the completion notification).
Q: Where do I get my report for Tax Filings?
A: Pionex does not provide official tax forms. However, you can generate a full-year report by selecting a 'Custom' date range (e.g., Jan 1st to Dec 31st). Please consult a tax professional for guidance on your specific obligations.
Q: I have deleted my account. How do I get my transaction history?
A: Once you have deleted your account, you will no longer be able to log in to it, but you can submit a request to customer support, and your data can be exported manually as an email attachment.
Q: Where can I check my historical trading fees?
A: In the exported Transaction History files, the Trading file includes a Fee column. Follow the export steps above, then open the Trading file and check the Fee column for the fee amount and currency charged on each trade.
Q: Will transfers between accounts (e.g., Primary Account ↔ Futures Account, Primary Account ↔ Payment Account, Primary Account ↔ Card Account, Card Account ↔ Payment Account) appear in the exported transaction history?
A: No. Internal account transfers are not included in the exported transaction history file. To view transfer history, go to the transfer page and tap the clock icon in the top-right corner.
Q: I could not find my 'Leveraged Tokens' transactions
A: Leveraged Tokens are typically identified by their display name on the platform interface, such as BTC3L (for Long) and BTC3S (for Short). The numbers represent the leverage multiplier (ranging from 1S, 3L/3S, to 5L/5S). Please note the difference in labeling when exporting your account data:
Long positions appear with the prefix/suffix 3P (e.g., BTC3P in your CSV file corresponds to BTC3L on the interface).
Short positions appear with the prefix/suffix 3M or 1S/3S/5S depending on the position format in your CSV file.
