Two Steps to Bind Your Card
View your card number: Get the card number, expiration date, and billing address from the card details page.
Enter it on the merchant's subscription payment page: Enter the card details in the payment settings of the subscription service.
Before You Subscribe
Confirming these four things in advance can prevent most failed charges.
1. Enter the correct billing address. Merchants verify the billing address and postal/ZIP code, and an incorrect entry is usually declined without a clear error message. Copy the full billing address for your Pionex Card from the card details page and enter it exactly.
2. Keep enough balance. Some merchants (such as OpenAI) first run a small pre-authorization to verify the card. To avoid a charge failing even though your balance seems "just enough," we recommend keeping about 5 extra USDT beyond the subscription amount before the billing date.
3. Watch for 3DS verification push notifications. First-time or large charges may require confirming the transaction in the Pionex app. Verification has a time limit, so enable push notifications — an unconfirmed request that times out will cause the charge to fail.
4. Cancel subscriptions through the merchant, not Pionex. Deactivating the card in Pionex does not cancel the subscription — the merchant will keep billing you and may suspend your service if the charge fails. To stop a subscription, cancel it in that merchant's own account settings.
