Getting Started with Pionex.AI

Pionex.AI Beta has four sidebar agents: Support (account, KYC, deposits, cards, bot orders, cases), Pi (markets, portfolio), Quant PRO (backtests), Coder PRO (order-book data). Also chat history, languages, token usage, plan expiry.

Pionex.AI is an AI agent platform (currently in Beta) built into your Pionex account. Instead of one general chatbot, it gives you several purpose-built agents — each with its own specialty — plus a marketplace of community agents and the option to build your own.

Meet your agents

When you open Pionex.AI, your agents are listed in the left sidebar. Click any agent to start chatting with it.

Each agent has its own knowledge, its own tools, and its own separate chat history. Pick the one that matches your question:

Support is the one most people use day to day. It can securely read your own account data — verification status, balances, order and bot history, card and transaction records, deposit and withdrawal records, and whether a verification message was actually sent to you — so it answers about your real situation rather than from generic documentation. It only reads what a given question needs.

⛔ What the agents will not do. They can read your account and pass your case to our team, but they cannot withdraw funds, place or cancel trades, or change your account settings for you. Anything that moves money stays in your hands.

Agents Market

Click + Add Agent at the bottom of the sidebar to open the Agents Market, where you can add more agents. It has two parts:

  • "Official Agents" — the agents Pionex builds and maintains: Coder, Quant, and Support.

  • "Marketplace" — specialist agents contributed by the community, each with its own focus (market analysis, cross-market allocation, growth-stock research, and more). Click Add Agent on any card to add it to your sidebar.

Prefer to build your own? Click Custom Agent in the top-right. Give your agent a name and a detailed description of what it does, pick an avatar, then click Save to add it to your sidebar.

Asking a question

Select an agent, type into the Enter your question box at the bottom of the chat panel, and press the send arrow (or hit Enter).

  • Attach an image. Click the picture icon next to the send arrow to add a screenshot — useful when you're showing an error message or a transaction that doesn't look right.

  • Start a new conversation. Use the New Conversation icon at the top-right of the chat panel to begin a fresh thread with that agent.

  • Revisit past chats. The Chat History (clock) icon sits beside it and lists your previous conversations with that agent.

  • Rate an answer. Thumbs-up / thumbs-down and copy buttons appear under each reply — feedback helps us improve the agents.

  • Check which model is answering. The model powering the current chat is shown directly under the input box.

To get the best answer, give specifics — the coin and network, the exact error text, or a transaction ID lets the agent look up your real situation instead of answering generically. Attach a screenshot when something on screen looks wrong, and start a new conversation when you change topic so earlier context doesn't affect the answer.

The Quant workspace

The Quant tab at the top of the sidebar opens a separate workspace for building and testing trading strategies, with a live chart beside the chat. Instead of a single chat box it gives you quick-start actions — Write Strategy, Run Backtest, Write Indicator, and Write Agent — plus Market & Research and My Strategies in the sidebar. You can pick which model does the work from the selector under the input box.

Backtests draw on your monthly backtest allowance — see Plans and billing below.

Managing your conversations

Every agent keeps its own conversation history. Open it with the Chat History (clock) icon at the top-right of the chat panel.

Your conversations are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, and so on). Each row shows the time it started and its title. From here you can:

  • View a past conversation — click the row to read it back. Chat History is for reviewing what was said; to ask something new, start a new conversation.

  • Rename it — click the pencil icon on the right of the row to give it a title that's easier to find later.

  • Delete it — click the trash icon on the right of the row to remove that conversation.

Use the back arrow (<) beside the "Chat History" heading to return to your chat.

⚠️ Note: deleting a conversation removes it from your history and cannot be undone. Conversations are deleted one at a time — there is no single "clear all history" button.

Talking to a human support agent

If the Support agent can't resolve something, it will offer to connect you to our specialist team and show a Confirm button beneath its reply.

Click the Confirm button — typing the word "confirm" into the chat box will not open the transfer. If the button doesn't appear, or you'd rather not wait, email service@pionex.com with your issue and any relevant transaction details.

Your Account page

Open Settings → Account to see everything about your Pionex AI usage in one place.

  • Pionex AI Account Balance — the USDT balance that pays for your subscription, with the total you've consumed so far. Click Transfer to move USDT in from your Pionex Primary Account.

  • AI Pro Agents — your current plan, with progress bars for the token quota and backtests you've used this month. Upgrade takes you to the pricing page.

  • Usage Records — a line-by-line log of every request: which agent handled it, which model answered, the date and time, and the input/output tokens it used. You can filter by model.

Before transferring, make sure your Pionex Primary Account holds enough USDT.

Plans and billing

Open Settings → Pricing to compare plans. Paid plans are valid for one month and must be renewed manually after they expire.

  • Base models are GPT-5.4 Nano, Qwen3.5-Flash, and DeepSeek V4 Pro / V4 Flash. Paid plans add every other model the platform supports.

  • If you run out of monthly tokens on Plus or above, you still get a daily free allowance of base-model tokens so core features keep working. The Free plan does not include this daily top-up.

  • Upgrading is instant: click Upgrade on the plan you want. Your current plan is marked Current Plan.

Keep your Pionex AI balance funded so a renewal doesn't fail.

Theme

Open Settings → Theme to choose how Pionex.AI looks — Light, Dark, or Follow System, which matches whatever your device is set to and switches automatically. A tick marks the option you're currently using.

Language

Open Settings → Language to change the interface language. Pionex.AI is available in English, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Español, Deutsch, Русский, Italiano, Français, and العربية.

This setting changes the interface. You do not need to change it to chat in another language — the agents reply in whichever language you write in.

The Settings menu

The Settings icon sits at the bottom of the sidebar, alongside shortcuts to our Telegram group and official X account. It opens a menu with everything above in one place:

  • Account — balance, plan, quota and usage records.

  • Pricing — compare and upgrade plans.

  • Theme — Light, Dark, or Follow System.

  • Language — the interface language.

  • AI Kit Docs — developer documentation for building on Pionex.AI.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Which agent should I ask?
A: Use the comparison table above. As a rule: Support for anything wrong with your account, Pi for markets and your portfolio, Quant for strategies and backtests, Coder for writing code.

Q: Can I carry on an old conversation?
A: Chat History lets you read past conversations back, but not continue them. Start a new conversation for a new question — and give the agent the details again, since it won't carry context across from the old thread.

Q: Why does the agent sometimes say it can't confirm something?
A: Our agents are built to answer only from verified Pionex sources. If a detail isn't documented, the agent will say so and offer to escalate rather than guess — we'd rather give you no answer than a wrong one about your money.

Q: What languages are supported?
A: The interface is available in nine languages (see Language above). For chatting, just write in your own language — the agents reply in the language you use.

Q: Can I delete a conversation?
A: Yes — open Chat History and delete conversations individually. See the section above for the steps.

Q: Do the agents share my data with each other?
A: No. Each agent keeps its own separate conversation history, and starting a new conversation gives that agent a clean slate.

Q: What happens when my plan expires?
A: Paid plans run for one month and must be renewed manually. If a plan lapses you return to the Free tier's base models and allowances until you renew.

Q: Where can I see how many tokens I've used?
A: On the Account page — the quota bars show usage against your monthly grant, and Usage Records lists every request individually.

Q: Can Pionex.AI be used in the app?
A: Pionex.AI is currently undergoing a limited rollout on the app, accessible only to a select group of users. It will be rolled out to all users in the future.
