Web Version Steps (Desktop):
Step 1: Go to the "Wallet" Page
After logging in, locate the account area in the top-right corner of the page
Click on "Wallet"
From the dropdown menu, select "Est.Total Value"
Step 2: View Your Total Account Assets
Once you're on the Assets page, you will see a prominent figure displayed at the top of the page:
Est. total value: XXX.XX USDT
(This number represents the combined value of all your assets in your Pionex account.)
Step 3: Understand Your Account Fund Distribution
Below the total assets figure, you will see your assets broken down into the following sections:
Primary Account
Futures Account Value
Mobile App Version Steps:
Step 1: Go to the "My Account" Page
After logging in, look at the top area of the App screen
Tap the "My Account" icon (displayed above the asset section)
Step 2: View Your Total Account Assets
Once you're on the "My Account" page, the top of the screen will display:
Total Assets: XXX.XX USD
(This number represents the combined value of all your assets in your Pionex account.)
Step 3: View Each Asset Section
Below the total assets figure, you will see your assets broken down into the following sections:
Primary Account
Futures Account
💡 Tip: If you'd like to protect your privacy, simply click the eye icon 👁 next to your total assets figure to instantly hide all balance amounts from display.
⚠️ Note: Can't Find "My Account"?
If you see a "Please Complete Identity Verification" prompt, you can:
Complete the KYC Identity Verification steps first
Once verified, you will be able to access and view "My Account"
