What Is the Rewards Hub?
The Rewards Hub is Pionex's dedicated campaign center where users complete specific tasks to earn Growth Funds — bonus funds that are automatically put to work in Pionex's EarnArbitrage product to generate real profits for you.

Reach a cumulative manual futures trading volume of ≥ 100,000 USDT within 14 days of registration to receive 100 USDT in Growth Funds.
Mission 4: Futures Trade Milestone — 250 USDT
Reach a cumulative manual futures trading volume of ≥ 1,000,000 USDT within 30 days of registration to receive 250 USDT in Growth Funds.
How Growth Funds Work
Growth Funds aren't just a bonus balance sitting idle — they're put to work immediately:
Once claimed, Growth Funds are automatically used to purchase the Earn Arbitrage product on Pionex.
Upon maturity, Pionex reclaims the principal, and you keep all the profits generated by the Growth Funds.
Growth Funds themselves cannot be withdrawn, but the profits they generate are fully yours to withdraw.
Growth Funds are valid for 7 days. After that, Pionex automatically reclaims the principal — profits earned during those 7 days belong to you.
LV1 Identity Verification is required to receive Growth Funds.
How to Claim Your Growth Funds
Complete the required task conditions.
Visit the Rewards Hub. The page automatically refreshes task status each time you open it.
Once a task meets the "Complete" condition, its status updates to "Claim" automatically.
Click "Claim" — the Growth Funds are instantly deployed into the "For Growth Funds Only" Arbitrage product.
Note: Task completion status may take up to 2 hours to update. Please be patient after meeting the requirements.
FAQ
Q: How does the Task Center work?
During the campaign, users can click "Complete the task" and will be asked to finish the tasks on different task cards. Each task card has its own specific requirements — check the details on each card carefully.
Q: Can I withdraw my Growth Funds?
No — Growth Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. However, the profits generated by the Growth Funds are fully withdrawable once earned.
Q: How long are Growth Funds valid?
Growth Funds are valid for 7 days from the time they are granted. After 7 days, Pionex reclaims the principal and the profits accumulated during that period are credited to your account.
Q: What verification is needed?
LV1 Identity Verification is the minimum requirement to receive Growth Funds. For some tasks (Identity Verification task, Invite Friends mission), LV2 is required.
Q: Are there any prohibited practices?
Yes. It is strictly prohibited to use unfair practices such as wash trading or operating multiple accounts to fraudulently obtain Growth Funds. If confirmed, the accounts involved will be permanently banned and all Growth Funds reclaimed.
Q: Why does my task still show "Conditions not met for claiming" after I deposited?
The First Deposit task has a 2-day holding requirement. After you deposit, your funds must remain in your account for at least 2 full days before the task passes review.
During this 2-day period, you must not:
Withdraw funds on-chain
Sell crypto to fiat (fiat-to-crypto selling)
Transfer funds to the Pionex Card
Once the 2-day period is complete, the system will automatically review and credit your reward. No action is needed on your end — just wait.
Q: Does depositing via bank transfer (EUR, etc.) count toward the First Deposit task?
Yes — depositing fiat from your bank and converting it to USDT counts, as long as the converted amount is ≥ 50 USDT equivalent and remains in your account for the 2-day holding period.
Q: How much profit can I earn from Growth Funds?
The return is not fixed and depends on market conditions. The minimum guaranteed annualized return per arbitrage cycle is 0.01%, so actual returns on a small Growth Fund over 5–7 days will be modest. In active markets, returns may be higher.
