In line with the technical upgrade on the Optimism network, Pionex will be supporting the migration of USDT tokens to a new contract on this network.
Key Timeline
Pionex has suspended USDT deposits and withdrawals on the Optimism network effective September 17, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC). Any deposit or withdrawal requests submitted after this time may not be processed successfully. Users are advised to complete any necessary transactions in advance. The resumption of deposit and withdrawal services will be announced separately.
Token Display Name Change
Upon completion of the contract migration, the legacy USDT on the Optimism network will be renamed to OPUSDTE, while the new token will continue to be displayed as USDT. The migration will be conducted at a 1:1 ratio.
Other Services Unaffected
Spot trading, futures trading, and financial products will continue to operate normally throughout the migration period. No action is required from users — Pionex will handle all technical processes on your behalf.
