Note

1. Not all cryptocurrencies support withdrawals. You can only withdraw the cryptocurrencies that support withdrawals.

2. Please select the network carefully and ensure it matches the network of the platform or wallet you are withdrawing funds from. If you select the wrong network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.

3. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount, which depends on the cryptocurrency type and network. If you don't have the sufficient amount, please convert to another cryptocurrency or choose a different network.

FAQ

Q: I withdraw via the wrong chain, use the wrong currency, or my deposit has not arrived. Can I recover my funds?
A: Once the withdrawal status shows as 'complete' in Pionex, it means the funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Pionex account. For any further assistance, please contact the support team of the destination wallet or exchange.

Q: I'm having trouble receiving relevant verification codes, how can I resolve this?
A: How to solve the Can't Receive Email Verification Code issue.

Q: The system is prompting 'invalid verification code.' How can I resolve this?

A: How to solve the Email/SMS Verification Codes wrong issue.
How to solve the 2FA Code Error.

Q: I want to withdraw to an external wallet but accidentally selected "Internal Transfer". What should I do?

A: Internal Transfer is designed for sending funds to another Pionex user account using their 8-digit Pionex UID — if you see a field asking for an 8-digit number, you have selected the wrong option. Please go back and select On-chain withdrawal instead to withdraw to an external wallet or exchange.

Q: Why are some tokens not available for withdrawal? (Not temporary maintenance)
A: Certain tokens may not be supported for withdrawal on Pionex due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to regulatory compliance requirements, technical complexity in integrating the token's underlying blockchain, or insufficient trading volume and demand. As a workaround, you may consider converting the unsupported token into a token that Pionex currently supports for withdrawal before proceeding. If a token is not on the withdrawal list, there is currently no other way to access it — if you do not wish to sell it, converting it into a token that Pionex supports for withdrawal is the only option to withdraw its value.

Q: Can I withdraw money from Pionex to any address or platform?

A: Do not withdraw funds from Pionex to sanctioned or high-risk entities, as this may result in restrictions on your account. Part of high-risk/sanctioned entities and cryptocurrency exchanges, and part of entities and cryptocurrency exchanges in sanctioned regions: Huione pay、Any Mixer(Wasabi, Tornado cash, etc.)、Garantex、Suex、Nobitex、AbanTether and Xinbi. This is public information and will be updated periodically. Please refer to the crypto withdrawal page for the most up-to-date information. Note that this list is not exhaustive — if a platform or address is not named here, that does not mean it is automatically safe to withdraw to. For your own protection, we recommend withdrawing only to well-known, reputable platforms and wallets, rather than unfamiliar or lesser-known ones.

Q: Why can deposits be recovered, but withdrawals can't?
A: These are two completely different situations. When you select the wrong network or are missing Memo, the funds usually still go into Pionex's own wallet—we can track it on the blockchain, and if the conditions are met, we can go through the manual recovery process (see "Deposit Not Received – Troubleshooting Guide"). A withdrawal works the other way: once the status shows "complete," the funds have already left Pionex's wallet and moved to the address or platform you specified. From that point on, Pionex no longer has any control over those funds — we cannot trace, freeze, or reverse them. Only the receiving wallet or exchange can help you from there.

Q: My token is currently on Network A, and I want it to become the same token on Network B. How do I do that — can I just switch it directly?
A: There's no "switch" — just withdraw to Network B. Your account balance doesn't track which network a deposit came in on; the network only needs to be selected at the moment you deposit or withdraw. Make a withdrawal, select Network B, and enter your own wallet address on Network B — once it arrives, it's the token on Network B. Which networks a given token supports is shown in the dropdown on the withdrawal page.

Q: I withdrew to a platform/wallet that requires a Memo, but I didn't include one — what happens?
A: Whether a Memo is required depends on the destination platform you're withdrawing to, not on Pionex. Please confirm the destination's deposit requirements before withdrawing. If the destination requires a Memo and it wasn't included, that platform may not be able to automatically credit the funds to your account there. Since the withdrawal has already left Pionex once it shows as "complete," we're unable to add a Memo retroactively or reverse the transfer. You'll need to contact the destination platform's support team directly with your transaction hash (TXID) so they can verify and help credit the funds on their end.

Q: Why is Google Authenticator required to withdraw funds?

A: For account security, Pionex requires Google Authenticator (2FA) to be bound before you can withdraw funds. This ensures that only you can authorize a withdrawal, even if your password or email is compromised. If you haven't set up Google Authenticator yet, go to [Account Settings] - [Security] to bind it before making a withdrawal.

Q: Why does the system show “Invalid Address” when I try to make a withdrawal, preventing me from submitting it, and why is there no corresponding order in my withdrawal history?

A: This is caused by the system’s address format validation mechanism. If the recipient address format does not match the selected withdrawal network—for example, if you select the BEP20 network but enter a native BTC Mainnet address, such as an address starting with “bc1”—the system will identify the address as invalid and reject the submission to help prevent asset loss caused by a network mismatch.

Since the transaction is blocked before the withdrawal request is submitted, no withdrawal order is actually created. Therefore, it is normal that you cannot find the transaction in your withdrawal history. This does not mean that the withdrawal is pending review or that there is a system malfunction.

Q: What should I do if I see “Invalid Address”?

A: Please check whether the selected withdrawal network matches the recipient address format. After correcting the relevant information, you can submit the withdrawal request again.
