What is Multi-Assets Mode
Multi-Assets Mode lets you combine multiple assets in your account into a single margin pool when opening futures positions, instead of relying on a single asset (such as USDT) to support your positions. Once enabled, the different assets you hold can serve as margin for each other's futures positions.

How It Works
Once Multi-Assets Mode is enabled, the multiple assets in your account are converted at their respective collateral ratios and combined into a single margin pool. The available balance in the pool provides margin for all of your Cross Margin positions, and PNL across those positions is calculated together within the same pool.
Collateral ratios differ by asset: assets with relatively stable prices carry higher collateral ratios, while more volatile assets carry lower ratios, and these ratios may be adjusted periodically based on market risk conditions.

How to Enable Multi-Assets Mode
Step 1: Read the Multi-Assets Mode introduction
On the "Trade" page, tap "..." in the top right corner, then go to "Trading Preferences" - "Cross & Isolated Settings" - "Account Mode", and select "Multi-Assets Mode".
You'll then see the feature description card: "Can engage in contract transactions across assets. Assets serve as margins for each other. PNL can be offset among the different margin asset positions. Only supports Cross Margin Mode." Please read this carefully before activating, so you can better manage account risk under this mode.
Step 2: Switch isolated positions to Cross Margin Mode
Multi-Assets Mode only supports Cross Margin Mode. If you still have isolated positions, the system will prompt: "Multi-Assets Mode only supports Cross Margin Mode. Please switch your isolated positions to Cross Margin Mode first to enable Multi-Assets Mode." Please complete this switch first.
Step 3: Confirm activation
After switching to Cross Margin Mode, tap to enable again and Multi-Assets Mode takes effect. From then on, any new Cross Margin positions you open will share the same cross-asset margin pool.
Risk Warning
Amplified linked risk: Because PNL is offset and margin is shared across Cross Margin positions, a sharp move in a single asset or position can affect the available margin and liquidation price of your other positions.
Collateral ratios can change: The conversion ratio for non-stablecoin assets may be adjusted based on market risk conditions, which changes the actual usable value of the margin pool — please keep an eye on your positions.
Cross Margin only: Once enabled, positions in your account must remain in Cross Margin Mode. Isolated Margin and Multi-Assets Mode cannot be used at the same time.
Extreme market risk: A large loss on a position in one direction can quickly deplete the shared margin pool and affect your other positions — please manage leverage and position size carefully.

Q: What's the difference between Multi-Assets Mode and regular Cross Margin Mode?
A: In regular Cross Margin Mode, position margin is usually calculated in a single settlement asset (such as USDT). Multi-Assets Mode lets multiple assets convert into the margin pool at their own collateral ratios, so non-USDT assets in your account can directly contribute to margin calculations and PNL offsetting without manual conversion first.
Q: Can isolated positions use Multi-Assets Mode?
A: No. Multi-Assets Mode currently only supports Cross Margin Mode — isolated positions must first be switched to Cross Margin Mode before it can be enabled.
