If you registered or log in to Pionex using "Continue with Apple," this article explains how that login method works, the email options involved, and what to do if you switch devices or lose access to your Apple ID.
What happens when I sign up with Apple?
When you tap "Continue with Apple" during sign-up, Apple asks whether to share your email or hide your email:
If you choose to share your email, your Pionex account is registered with the actual email address tied to your Apple ID.
If you choose "Hide My Email," Apple instead generates a random, unique address ending in
@privaterelay.appleid.comand uses that as your registration email. Any mail Pionex sends to that address is automatically forwarded to your real Apple ID email in the background — you don't need to check it separately.
Seeing an unfamiliar email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com
This is the randomly generated relay address created by Apple's Hide My Email feature, as described above. It's linked to your Apple ID and is the actual login email for your Pionex account — this is not an error.
Forgot your @privaterelay.appleid.com relay address?
You can look it up on your iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, tap Pionex from the list of apps, and your relay address will be shown there. (On older iOS versions, the path is Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security → Hide My Email.)
Can't find the "Sign in with Apple" option on an Android device
Sign in with Apple is only supported on iOS devices. If you originally registered on an iOS device using your Apple account and now need to log in on an Android device, please first sign in on your iOS device, go to Security, confirm the email bound to your account, and set a password. Once done, you can log in on Android using your email and password.
