DogPay Card is a Mastercard-network cryptocurrency debit card available to eligible Pionex users in select regions. It lets you spend your Pionex assets directly for everyday purchases, both online and offline, wherever Mastercard is accepted.
How to Apply for a DogPay Card?

Step 1: Open the Pionex app, tap "Wallet" on the home page, then switch to the "Card" section.
Step 2: Tap "Apply Now" and select Mastercard. In supported regions, eligible users are issued a DogPay Card.
Step 3: On the DogPay Card intro page, tap "Free Application".
Step 4: If your account assets don't yet meet the amount required on the page, you'll be directed to deposit funds first. Once the requirement is met, continue to the application form.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required cardholder details, tap "Next Step", review your information, and tap "Confirm submission" to complete the application.
To ensure account security and compliance, applying for the DogPay Card must meet the following conditions:
Your KYC-verified country/region is eligible for the DogPay Card — availability varies by region.
Complete Level 2 Identity Verification (KYC2), and have both an email address and a phone number bound to your account.
Account assets greater than the required amount shown on the application page.
Card Features
Transfer: Move funds between your Primary Account and your DogPay Card account. Subject to the same risk-control checks as Visa/Mastercard.
Auto-transfer: Automatically top up your card account when needed.
View card number: Requires MFA verification. If you've never made a transaction and your spendable balance is 0, you'll need to deposit at least 10 USDT before you can view your card number.
5% annualized yield on your card balance, credited hourly to your Primary Account.
0.1% cashback on eligible spending, credited to your Primary Account.
