The K-line chart, bot creation panel, or order entry panel is missing from the trading page, while the rest of the interface loads normally.

The web platform saves the layout configuration for each account. If your browser's zoom level is set above 100%, some panels may be resized beyond the visible area and appear to have "disappeared." This incorrect layout configuration is then saved and will continue to appear in future login sessions.

Another possible cause is that the K-line (chart), Bot Creation panel, or Order panel was accidentally hidden by clicking the "eye" icon, which hides the corresponding panel from view.

1. Lower your browser zoom to 80–90% (Windows: <code>Ctrl</code> + <code>-</code>; Mac: <code>Cmd</code> + <code>-</code>). This step comes first, as the settings icon is often hidden at higher zoom levels.

2. Once zoomed out, a gear icon will appear in the top-right corner of the trading page. Click it.

3. In the panel that opens, select Layout Settings, then click Reset to Default.
